Abstract
The CASS technique was adopted for researching on the treatment of Domestic Sewage. The results showed that, in the stable operation phase of the test and under the conditions of setting operation parameters, the average removal rates of CODcr, BOD5, NH4-N, and TP were respectively 91.7%, 92.2%, 89.5% and 91.09%. The sludge remains highly active, and it had stable bio-facies. Effluent quality met the requirements of the GB 18918-2002 Standard for Discharge of Pollutants from Sewage Treatment Works in Towns and Cities IB.
