Abstract
Hydrogen ion effects on water treeing were examined by adding small amounts of pure solution containing multi-valent cations or hydrochloric acid to a set of neutral univalent ionic solutions and used to grow water trees in LDPE. The effect of pure ionic solutions containing different valent cations were also studied
