Abstract :
The enterprise staff loyalty are very important for the development and survival of the enterprises, staff loyalty is an important indicator of measuring corporate governance, so it is particularly important to evaluate this indicator objectively. In this paper, for the uncertain element of staff loyalty, apply the concepts and methods of fuzzy mathematics, design evaluation index system of enterprise staff loyalty, build a multi-level fuzzy evaluation model of enterprise staff loyalty, the method has a strong practical and interoperability, can play a guiding role for the enterprises.
