Abstract :
The high speed and healthy development of technological SMEs rely on high operating efficiency. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on high growth technological SMEs operating efficiency through technical efficiency and cross-efficiency, and finds out the inconsistent problem that lies in the technical efficiency value and cross-efficiency value. Through the cluster analysis based on technical efficiency value and maverick index, and comparing the change between two years´ cluster result, the enterprises that have overall operating efficiency are identified, so the benchmark enterprises are established for others, we also make a further analysis of the cluster result in two years.
