Abstract :
Based on the stakeholder theory and the integrative social contracts theory, by an empirical study combining ownership research with stakeholder interests´ research, the paper studies the difference of cognition to stakeholder interests based on different enterprises ownership. The results manifest as follows: 1. Among the state-owned enterprises, wholly foreign-owned enterprises and private enterprises, stated-owned enterprises are the best ones to regard the employee´ s interests, wholly foreign-owned enterprises are second, private enterprises are the worst. 2. Compared to other enterprises, private enterprises are the easiest to neglect public interests. 3. At present, Sino-foreign joint venture enterprises have good performance about the cognition to stakeholder interests, it shows that diversified property rights helps to improve corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
