Application of Online Collaborative Documentation and Knowledge Sharing Platform in Research Team

Teamwork is more popular and important in the process of research and development. In this paper a novel developing mode is proposed based on knowledge sharing platform and online collaboration documentation. The application of online collaboration documentation can improve the systematicness and real time characteristic of team leader´ s instruction. The application of knowledge sharing platform can improve the efficiency of knowledge transmission and interchange in the research team. Experience has shown that the application of this mode has improved the research efficiency in the whole team and has accelerated the improvement of the member´ s scientific research ability.
