Abstract
The gas flow resistance characteristics of Plate-fin Heat Exchanger is an important detection index in its production process. Aiming the weak point of current existing measuring method about plate-fin exchanger gas flow using the orifice flow measurement, manual adjust valves and manual calculation method such as measurement, has developed a air flow characteristic test and control system of large plate-fin heat exchanger. The system uses a dedicated air flow measuring box and variable frequency technology, measures and controls the air flow Accurately, and uses the high-precision capture devices and sensors test the temperature and pressure signals. And on this basis, we design and develop the host computer software system, which has collection, calculation and analysis, display, reporting and printing functions, and can automatically calculate the air resistance characteristics of performance indicators. The actual operating results show that this system is highly automated and has a broader air flow measuring range. The measurement and calculation results are accurate and reliable.
