Greetings to IHTC´2014 participants

On behalf of the dedicated IEEE Canada International Humanitarian Technology Conference (IHTC´2014) Organizing Committee, I welcome you to a memorable Conference that will add to your appreciation of research achievements, in a wonderful venue. Montreal is proud to be the host to this new initiative by the IEEE Canada Humanitarian Initiatives Committee (HIC) and the first sponsored by IEEE Canada along with seven IEEE Sections.
