Abstract
This paper presents the development of push-pull power converter that applied to the Acoustic energy transfer (AET) system. The push-pull converter may operate under zero voltage switching condition at resonance frequency and capable to minimize switching losses. The attention in this paper is to produce power with optimum frequency and able to transmit energy via acoustic approach through air medium. The simulation and experimental works are carried out and analysed. Based on the experimental results, the power converter generates 40kHz frequency and obtained 1mW power after transmission. The efficiency is almost 35%. The measurements specify that the transfer voltage is achieved, but producing a low current at secondary unit.
