Abstract :
A method of staff selection using approximate reasoning is presented in the paper. The board of the enterprise must choose selection criteria beforehand. The method allows avoiding non-objective choice of people by staff of lower administrative hierarchy. It is important in medium or big enterprises where the board cannot select staff personally. Fuzzy logic is very convenient for such a problem.
