Based on the concept of normal measuring point to judge whether a measuring point is normal, doubtful or exceptional, and give every measuring point reasonable value ([0,1])related to their credibility; Then, with the objective of maximum credibility while satisfying power flow equations and operational limits of state variables, a novel method of power system state estimation is proposed. The method proposed has the following advantages: capability of automatically identifying bad data, doubtful data, stronger anti-error characteristics; capability of obtaining solutions suits practical scenario better because of consideration of power flow constraints and other physics constraints in the solution process; At the same time, the method does not need to perform additional bad data detection and subjective weighting factors setting, thus substantial reduction in maintenance efforts can be achieved; Therefore, the result through this method must have higher credibility. More important, the novel method pays attention to doubtful data that be neglected easily. Turn down the value relate to the credibility of doubtful measuring point in power system that requires high rates of normal measuring point, similarly, elevate it in power system that not requires high rates of normal measuring point. Therefore power system gets the most ideal and logical result because of making full use of measuring point error.
