  • Abstract
    A short-circuited coplanar waveguide jig is proposed for complex permeability measurements in soft magnetic FeNi thin films. Measurements using a short-circuited microstrip line are also performed for comparison and analyzed using the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation.
