Abstract :
Gives an outline of two databases run by the AA; a route information system and Roadwatch. The former prepares routes for the information of drivers, and therefore contains details of roads, signposts, places of interest and other useful information. Roadwatch contains current traffic information (weather, roadworks, congestion etc.), and serves mainly TV and radio stations and a telephone information service
