  • Abstract
    In many color image processing methods, edge detection is a useful method for obtaining a simplified image that preserves the domain geometric structures and spatial relationships. For providing accurate edges, we propose an isotropic color edge detection technique. A fast entropy threshold technique is also developed for reducing the computation burden. Experimental results have confirmed that this technique is very efficient.
