Abstract :
The article first has made the brief outline of the database multimedia management platform based on web, then thoroughly discussed the research of the management platform based on web, elaborated with emphasis the resource base management platform´s the system structure, the system design, and the implementation technology. Finally the paper summarized the present research results and the existence insufficiency in the concluding remark, has pointed out the next step of research exploration direction.
