            Abstract : 
This paper proposes a novel direct torque control method (DTC) realizing id=0 control at whole load range, which means greatly improving the efficiency and the operation reliability at light load mode. The experimental and simulated results indicate that the presented control system can achieve the desired performances in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) system.
