  • Abstract
In this paper the scattering and radiation characteristics are calculated with the technique based on the volume integral equations. The Galerkin method is applied to reduce these equations to a set of second-order differential ones with constant coefficients in field functionals. Full-wave analysis is performed. Theoretic results are presented for the light wave transmission through a periodically punched metal film bounded by two uniform media. Also the study of radiation of modulated electron stream when it moves over a polaritonic crystal is carried out.
