Abstract :
Presents a new method for long-term, noninvasive ambulatory monitoring of blood pressure waveforms without using a cuff. Measurements taken from plethysmographic sensors are integrated and processed by a Kalman filter. The blood pressure waveforms can be estimated based on these measurements despite the lack of observability
