  • Abstract
    Tosolve the complicated variety of vehicle faults and the difficulty of real-time diagnosis, a kind of vehicle fault diagnosis system based on the expert system is presented. This paper uses expert knowledge of vehicle fault diagnosis to build the knowledge base with the knowledge representation of fuzzy production rules, and designs the forward inference machine to implement the real-time vehicle fault diagnosis. Test results show that the system has a good application and can contribute to the intelligent travel services.
