Abstract :
The traffic of mobile network environment is increasing day by day. When a large amount of data need to be transmitted, the low-speed wireless network today is hard to meet users´ needs. Long response time of operation and high requirements of terminal´s performance will keep user annoy and away. Existing independent data compression and transmission algorithm can´t solve this problem effectively. In this paper, data compression and transmission considered as a whole, a new kind of data compression and transmission method was designed in this paper to solve the problem and achieved good results finally.
