Abstract :
It has been very important to acknowledge the performance of the network to allocate resources better in the future. Network performance may behave dissimilar in different environments, and it causes important quality problems for network required applications. Based on the distributed network performance measurement system and deployed PlanetLab nodes, the characteristics of delay across the world can be evaluated based on temporal and spatial analysis. The results can be used for future study.
