Abstract :
Sediment was collected from Lianhuashan Reservoir in Dongguan city. The method of analyzing HCHs by GC-ECD was established. Recovery rate was between 91.40% to 106.33%, standard deviation was 0.0356 to 0.0648, relative standard deviation was 0.0358 to 0.0651. The results show that the detectable ratio of HCHs were high, especially in the water deep area, with various concentrations of HCHs in different site. Compare with samples in Chengdu Economic zone, the concentrations of HCHs in the reservoir were low. In the isomers of HCHs, the ratio of α-HCH/γ-HCH was 1.35, it was nearly 1, it shows that the linden was used in the past. The pollutant source was from agricultural activity.
