            Abstract : 
100 Gbit/s operation of a 1.3 μm, 4-channel directly modulated laser (DML) array monolithically integrated multimode interference (MMI) coupler is demonstrated for the first time. An optical modulation amplitude exceeding -0.7 dBm and clear eye openings are achieved at 55°C under simultaneous operation.
