Abstract :
Cisco leaders Liz Centoni, vice president, Engineering, chief of staff; and Monique Morrow, CTO, New Frontiers, Cisco Engineering, were instrumental in developing the Cisco presence at the 2015 IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) International Leadership Conference (ILC). In addition to their dynamic leadership, both Centoni and Morrow are well respected for their technical contributions. Recently, Nita Patel, WIE ILC chair, had an opportunity to interview both women about innovation, their experiences, and their plans for 2016.
