Abstract :
Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) (Fig. 1) is a public research university with an engineering school that is consistently ranked among the top 30 in the world by Times Higher Education World University Rankings and QS World University Rankings. Despite having such strong engineering capabilities, HKUST does not have an art school.
