Abstract :
In this article will be analyzed the recent regulation from its out take compared to first purpose of expansion of distributed generation in Brazil. The analysis will take place through real and improved scenarios considering the avoided costs of grid infrastructure and free energy market trading aiming an effective environment to encourage massive investments and sector growth.
