Abstract :
Many organizations are investing in analytics programs but encountering challenges in getting sufficient ROI, or need to make new investments but haven´t put forth an adequate business case. This article in the Executive Roundtable Series aims to help organizations get greater value from their analytics programs and to understand how to increase maturity across the organization, especially in the fast-moving areas of big data and digital customer data.
