  • Abstract
    With the popularity of mobile infrastructures providing higher bandwidth and constant connection to the network from virtually anytime and everywhere, the way people use information resources is radically transformed. People can use mobile devices such as mobile phones, pocket PCs, laptops, etc., to obtain services/applications which are based on the mobile information systems anytime and everywhere. Mobile information systems (MIS) can be defined as information systems in which access to information resources and services is gained through end-user terminals that are easily movable in space, operable no matter what the location and typically, provided with wireless connection. And mobile information systems have become essential foundation platform for many industries and government organizations worldwide.
