Abstract
In the paper theoretical and experimental investigations of a possibility the full polarization parameters measurement by the in-line fiber-optic interferometer in the Sagnac configuration is described The presented device uses interferometric measurement technique based on the fourth Fresnel-Arago´s condition, which secures very good system accuracy and stability. The detection of the polarization state as well as degree of the polarization in real time by the devices containing standard single-mode fiber and an appropriate applied modulation technique is a new system property.
