Abstract :
High prices and hardware requirements considerably limit the access to CAD tools by educational institutions or students, and free versions of commercial software are not education-oriented and usually lack well-implemented numerical algorithms and device models. In order to overcome these limitations, a website has been designed and made available to Internet users, allowing them to perform simulations of electronic circuits. An additional module has been built in the package that permits students to examine intrinsic phenomena occurring in a power device.
