Abstract :
Wavelet modulation has the ability to send data simultaneously at multiple rates through a channel. In this paper, we present a performance analysis of fractal modulation transmission over additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel. The novelty of this paper lies on the differential decoding which is accomplished using differentially coherent detection. We compared well known /spl pi//4 DQPSK and new differential quadrature fractal modulation (DQFM).
