Abstract
This paper sets out to deal with the influence of the length and attenuation characteristic of the PMMA type lighting fibre on the measurement of selected photometric magnitudes. Measurements were made of the spectrum distribution and the light ripple and radiation intensity. The tests equally encompassed the temperature and the discharge sources.
