Using identical values for encryption of data

In this paper, a new algorithm, which maintains the original message size while hiding information, is proposed for the encryption of data. Applications for such a data hiding scheme include access restriction to information, authentication of digital signals and covert communication over transmission channels. The proposed method supplies additional security to private information exchange over communication networks.
