Abstract
An approach for telecommunication network reliability evaluation is described. It consists of hierarchical network model creation, as well as node pair reliability calculation based on elementary path set enumeration and its transformation in disjoint sum-of-products. A reliability sensitivity calculation approach is presented. An example for CCS network availability calculation is presented.
