  • Abstract
    The possibility of combining analog-hybrid computers and digital simulation languages in all phases of pharmacokinetic model development, evaluation, and usage is discussed. The pharmacokinetic study of ciprofloxacin illustrates the application of an EAI-2000 analog parallel processor and the digital simulation language SIMCOS. Conclusions concerning simulation tools for pharmacokinetic models are presented.
