  • Abstract
    Magnetic microsystem for high resolution and fast linear distance measurement system is presented in the paper. Parameters affecting the system accuracy and speed are discussed. ASIC design containing integrated Hall elements, interpolator and trimming network is shown. The measured results with 4mum resolution plusmn1 mum accuracy and 10m/s velocity are presented
