            Abstract : 
Discusses the possibilities of control synthesis on the basis of modal transformed and dominance decoupled dynamic systems. A simple method is given for determination of approximation for nonmodelled system modes, and also a procedure for dominant decoupling with adequate numerical procedure. Two possible control structures for which there is a typical duality are derived. In the first case incomplete feedback is dealt with, and in the second, complete feedback.
