Abstract :
Presents a statistical calculation for the interference power in an S-CDMA system proposal. It is assumed that the data is spread by using length 31 preferred m-sequences, different phases of which are assigned to the users. Hexagonal cell structures and r/sup /spl gamma// type propagation loss model are employed. Propagation delay effects are also taken into account. The results show that spectrally efficient transmission is possible for /spl gamma/>3.
