  • Abstract
    The serial-search method of code acquisition of a direct-sequence spread-spectrum system is analyzed from the multiple-dwell detector application point of view. The influence of parameters of the "immediate rejection" model of the acquisition detector in conjunction with the "up-down counter" with respect to the "fixed false-lock penalty" model of lock detector on mean acquisition time is shown.
