Abstract :
Since the number of objects in space is continuously growing, the need for their tracking is raising. Different methods can be used for that purpose. Satellite tracking software is an irreplaceable tool used to find satellites in the sky if one´s using visual observing methods, to see satellite signal coverage for radio amateurs or even to predict space objects´ route in the future. NAVSTAR is solution developed to cover all major aspects of satellite tracking. Methods and mathematical models used for this program are explained in this paper.
