  • Abstract
This paper presents general methods of biological images processing. These techniques are oriented to better image interpretation. Many biological structures are difficult to recognize in the picture due to deficient light conditions, particle aggregations or erroneous similarity to other objects. We made the illustration of the function and result of few methods, adapted to image recognition and identification. The results of image preprocessing are presented based on real biological structure examples
