Active Hybrid Band-pass Filter for Microwave Telecommunication Systems Using High-order Modulations

This paper presents a concept, design and realization of an active hybrid band-pass filter that provides both amplifying and filtering function within a modern wideband converter capable to handle high-order modulated digital signal. This paper introduces a new type of a microstrip band-pass filter element that serves as passive parts of the active hybrid filter.
