Abstract :
These days´ people who are learning or getting an education need significantly less time to reach the information they need. It is mostly caused by and increased use of ICT which is present in almost all segments of human activities. The increased use of ICT in education and learning is manifested in increased demands in using e-learning systems, which nowadays know no cultural, national or language barriers. Regardless of the community in which a system is applied in education or learning, in most cases the principal purpose of such systems is informing or applying some form of lifelong education so further development of such systems undoubtedly depends on constant evaluation of the existing solutions and on systematic creation of new ones.
