Abstract :
Exciton-Polariton states are observed at room temperature in planar sputter-coated dielectric microcavities containing 5 nm thick film of J-aggregated dye as excitonic layer exhibiting Rabi-splitting ΩR ≫ 100meV and empty cavity Q factor ≫> 700.
