Abstract :
A development system for testing integrated circuits used for power and energy measurements is presented in the paper. System is based on a DSP board, a data acquisition (DAQ) board and a computer with a real time mathematical model. The aim of the paper is to provide observing of measurement accuracy in the laboratory and to simulate different conditions with the “phantom load” technique: nonlinearity, high-order harmonics, phase unbalance, voltage sag, etc.
