Abstract :
A source of thermally stabilized coherent infrared radiation has been designed and manufactured as a part of specialized measuring system. The source has to excite external electro-optical modulator based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer. That is why the generated radiation has to meet certain requirements. A stability of generated optical power was one of the parameters to be resolved. The article describes a structure of designed appliance and brings comparison of preliminary calculation of optical power fluctuation to measured value.
