Abstract :
Paper provides the concept for production sequence planning and control using ABC classification. This problem is specified in the paper as organization problem of production orders flow, which involves: planning of production orders flow, control of production orders flow. Within this concept we modified concern restrictions catalogue and proposed a new structure for car information card, which is transported together with car body through production process. Within a framework of presented concept we proposed a new principle for production control when production is running. Orders sequence is determined based on ABC classification. We also indicated a rule how introduce to the production process car which has been withdrawn. Proposed solution is approximated one, heuristics.
