Abstract :
The main purpose of the authors´ work was to build a diagnostic method to determine patients with a history of atrial fibrillation. The authors have found that multiparameters method for atrial signal-averaged ECG, using more than three parameters of the filtered vector of the P-wave for construction of the value of the complex of discriminatory units in multidimensional space, allowed significant discrimination of patients with chronic atrial fibrillation (after effective cardioversion) from patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and from normal subjects.
