Abstract
This paper consider the principles of connecting geographically dislocated computer networks for special purposes, connected to the Internet through permanent broadband access line such as ADSL (Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line) and fiber optical connection, but that are also integrated in remote corporative network, aiming to make possible real time multimedia signals with the required quality. The paper describes the techniques of connection, devices in the networks and the protocols that controls them. Moreover, there are evaluations between practical values of load before and after the activation of services, as also the parameters for the enhancement of the established quality of connection.
