  • Abstract
    This contribution is oriented to the analysis, investigation and comparison of current leading network simulators on the basis of their abilities to simulate a new emerging system called IP multimedia subsystem. We identify relevant representatives of simulators (based on SIP support), we summarise their main supported features (networks, protocols and methods) and then we concentrate on their IMS support.
